For some reason, the Q decided to reenact part of Juggernaut’s last trip to The Vulcan. 100 Burpees starting at 5:38am
This didn’t seem to be enough for half the PAX, so Scam served up a second helping of planks and flutter kicks. For dessert, we had pike presses, situps, spidermans, and shoulder stretches.
FNG’s Cheesesteak, Bowtie, Putin, and Rockstar received a worthy initiation into F3.
