Warm Up:  Arm Circles, Ray Lewis, Side Straddle Hops, Imperial Walkers, Frankensteins and 3 lap Indian Run

Intervals to AC/DC Live

  • Merkins
  • Lift the Pumpkin over head
  • Calf Raises & Shrugs with 30# dumbbells
  • LBCs
  • Ray Lewis with 3# dumbells
  • Air Squats
  • Back Rows 30#
  • Flutter Kicks
  • Walking Lunges
  • Hammer Curls 20# dumbells
  • Jump Rope
  •  Burpees    Repeat…
