Opening Day 9/1/18

15 Pax signed up to get better and not negotiate with weakness on a Saturday at the Vulcan AO.  Of course, a tradition for a Pilgrim Saturday Q is a trip up to the football field so we did that to honor the kickoff of college football season.

Indian Run (2 lines) to Trinity Methodist – 10 Burpees OYO

Indian Run to Dawson Baptist – 50 LBCs OYO / Flutter Kicks x 30 / 10 Burpees OYO

Run up hill to Middle School Football Field

Terrible 20s (50 yards) – merkins and BBs 20 rep down to 1. 50 yard sprint between each set

25 yard butt kickers & 25 yrd sprint (2)

25 yard high knee & 25 yard sprint (2)

Mosey to Bottom Irving Rd Hill

Interval Run up hill with 4 stops for 5 4 count perfect form Merkins each time

Reverse walk down (calves!)

Mosey back toward park (1 stop for 2 sets of 25 sumo squats)

Circle Up – Jack Webb
